About the position

We are currently seeking property caretakers for the spring and summer season at BDX in Luleå. You will work with the maintenance and care of the properties' outdoor environment and help create a pleasant atmosphere for residents and visitors.

This is a perfect opportunity for you who enjoys practical work, varied workdays, and working both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

As a property caretaker at BDX, you will work with:

• Lawn mowing, weed removal, and maintenance of green areas
• Maintenance of the properties' outdoor environment
• Simple repairs and practical maintenance
• Service and contact with tenants and visitors

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is:

• Service-oriented and a team player – you have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people
• Responsible and meticulous – you take ownership of your tasks
• Practical and solution-oriented – you enjoy physical work and varied tasks
• Driven and goal-oriented – qualities you may have developed through your sports background

Your attitude and personal qualities are the most important to us.

Requirements

• Driver's license B

Meritorious

• Experience in property maintenance, green area maintenance, or similar work
