About the position

Personal Service Technician (PST) is a concept for how we work in our workshops with the customer fully in focus. You will take care of the customer all the way from booking to the car being ready for pickup. From reception, work planning, service, and repair to returning the car, payment, and finally following up on the visit.

You service and repair with competence and precision, always with the customer's best interests in mind. You will have advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting programs and experienced workshop coaches at your support. In our modern brand workshop, you will be part of a team of skilled and friendly colleagues where we believe in creating the best for our customers in the form of services that truly facilitate and make it fun to own cars from us. Your role is crucial for our success.

Main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the entire customer journey: from booking to handing over the car after the work is completed.
• Receive customers and ensure a professional and personal approach.
• Plan and organize the daily work in the workshop.
• Perform service and repairs with high quality and precision.
• Use advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting programs to identify and resolve issues.
• Return vehicles to customers, handle payments, and review completed work.
• Follow up on customer visits to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Contribute to a positive workshop environment and deliver services that make it easy and enjoyable to own a car.
• Manage tires and wheels and possibly be responsible for our tire hotel.

Employment form, scope, and location

The employment is permanent with an initial probationary period of six months, full-time, based at Bilmånsson in Ängelholm.
