About the assignment

In this development, landscaping and gardening are crucial. You contribute to setting the tone for our outdoor environments and are an important ambassador for both our brand and the workplace.

Your everyday life – practical, varied, and with plenty of fresh air

You will work with the maintenance of land and green areas year-round. The tasks vary and may include:

• Mowing grass, weeding flower beds, planting, and pruning shrubs
• Keeping the area around properties clean and tidy by picking up litter and sweeping walkways
• Laying tiles and performing minor repairs to pathways
• Assisting with snow removal and ice control during winter
• Contributing to the development and improvement of outdoor environments where people work and spend time

The most important thing is that you are practical, enjoy physical work, and thrive in working outdoors in all weather.

Who we believe you are

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in outdoor work and preferably experience in gardening, construction, property maintenance, or similar fields.

Meritorious are:

• Forklift license
• Workshop training
• Chainsaw training (ABC), brush cutter (RA), and other gardening machines
• Gardening education
• Work on roads

A driving license B is a requirement, preferably BE or B96.

As a person, you are:

• Positive, social, and enjoy collaborating
• Detail-oriented with a sense of order and quality
• Independent and willing to take initiative
• Confident in meeting people and interacting pleasantly
• Not afraid to work hard when needed
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
