Job responsibilities: The work involves health and medical tasks in regular housing, special housing for the elderly, and the municipality's LSS accommodations. Planned and unplanned consultations, assessments, and interventions via phone or visits. Work is based in the home care offices where all nurses in home care are gathered. The job also includes providing support and guidance to care staff in the various operations. The work may also involve meeting individuals in a palliative phase of life, where the task is to create good care during the last time of life for both the patient and their relatives. During each shift, 3 nurses work at night. The workplace provides a company car during working hours.

Intro: 2 introductory shifts of night duty with at least 10 hours.

Requirements: B driver's license

Meritorious:

You have previously worked within Piteå Municipality and/or have experience from municipal health and medical care.
