We are looking for
We are looking for you who are a trained physician with a Swedish license and knowledge of Swedish at least at C1 level. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities. You lead, motivate, and empower others to effectively achieve common goals.
What you will work with
As a resident physician in anesthesiology and intensive care, you will work alternately in the ICU and Operating Room, with on-call work being a significant part of the job. AN/OP/IVA is a regional clinic with operations also at Piteå and Gällivare hospitals, where our resident physicians serve shorter periods for educational purposes. The residency also includes a mandatory 6-month rotation in a specialized anesthesia area at a university hospital. We collaborate closely with other professional categories and clinics, and a good team spirit and ability to cooperate are prerequisites. With us, you will be part of a tight residency group with an engaged program director and residency chief. We have a structured and well-established framework for achieving goals through rotations and courses, and the path to specialist certification is well mapped out.

Information about the position
We offer you a permanent full-time position. Working hours during the day as well as on-call hours in the evening/weekend/night. Start date according to agreement. Shorter assignments at the regional clinic in Piteå and Gällivare are included in the position.
