What the position entails

As a cleaner, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and stimulating environment where your passion, strengths, and skills will be encouraged and developed. You will be part of a team that shares your values and strives to make a difference every day.

The position is 80%, distributed over 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Your main responsibilities

• Ensure that our premises are kept clean, well-maintained, and pleasant according to established routines and Move & Walk's environmental policy.
• Notice and report faults, deficiencies, or deviations in premises, equipment, machines, and consumables according to applicable routines.
• Perform simple maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or addressing minor damage to furnishings.
• Work in a structured manner and follow established routines for cleaning and maintenance.
• Actively contribute to improvements in work methods and routines within the organization.
• Document completed tasks according to applicable routines.
• Maintain a pleasant, respectful, and professional demeanor towards staff, students, participants, and visitors.
• Ensure that cleaning materials and hygiene products are adequately stocked and replenished as needed.
• Work ergonomically and use available aids to prevent strain injuries.
• Be responsible for daily maintenance and simple upkeep of cleaning machines.
• Report any faults with machines and, if necessary, take them out of service until repairs are made.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments within Move & Walk as needs arise.
