Do you love gardening and want to work closely with customers in private settings? We are looking for a Gardener for a growing company. We warmly welcome your application!

Our client is a rapidly growing gardening company based in Värmdö, working almost exclusively with private customers in the Värmdö and Nacka areas. The company has grown from a small team to nearly 20 employees in a very short time and is now in an exciting development phase where structures, routines, and working methods are continuously evolving. Here, decision-making paths are short, the culture is unpretentious, energetic, and hands-on, and you work closely with both colleagues and customers.

The position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.

About the position

This is a broad, practical, and varied role where you will work outdoors in gardens and follow them throughout the season. You will become an important part of the team and will work both independently and closely with the supervisor.

Your tasks will include: 🛞 Mowing lawns, clearing brush, weeding, and ongoing garden maintenance 🌳 Trimming bushes and hedges as well as pruning fruit trees 🌼 Planting, spring and autumn cleaning, and developing gardens over time 🪚 Participating in simpler tree felling work if interested, especially during the low season 📣 Communicating with private customers and ensuring a great experience 🧩 Supporting the team and contributing to good collaboration in daily work

We are looking for you who

  • Are a person who takes great pride in your profession and enjoys making gardens both beautiful and functional. You thrive in a team with a lot of energy, appreciate customer contact, and enjoy having varied tasks.

We believe you have: • A natural sense of service and quality • Easy to collaborate and contribute to a good atmosphere • Education as a gardener or equivalent competence • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in gardening • Good knowledge of Swedish • A driving license B and preferably your own car for the trip to Värmdö • Interest in learning more about tree felling and winter work • Good physical condition

Meritorious: • Chainsaw certificate
