Drift and maintenance is a brand within Peab Anläggning Mellansverige and operates in external property management, parks, and road maintenance.In close collaboration with our customers - both large and small - we take care of the public outdoor environment for many people. We ensure that the country's residents and visitors can thrive and feel safe in our outdoor spaces and traffic. We have extensive experience with contracts that demand high standards of service, quality, environment, and accessibility.

We are now looking for gardeners to join our maintenance team at Peab Drift and Underhåll in Solna.

Job Responsibilities
Our responsibilities towards our customers include everything from supervision, cleaning, lawn mowing, trimming, planting, and maintenance of plants and flower beds. Simply everything related to external maintenance.

The days are very varied and rich in content.

Our customers include both large property managers and public administrators as well as housing associations of varying sizes. Since you often come into contact with people in their environments, it is important to be service-oriented.

To understand customer expectations, you should be able to acquire knowledge about contract documents and maintenance plans as well as be able to read maps. In your daily work, you will need to perform certain types of documentation such as keeping a diary and completing self-checks.

Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone with experience in green space maintenance and documented education in the green sector.We want you to be service-oriented, meticulous, and able to work both independently and in a team. It is important that you have a positive attitude combined with a cheerful disposition.We expect you to have the ability to take initiative and to plan, execute, drive, and prioritize tasks independently. Being organized and structured is a given for you. A driver's license (B) is a requirement for the position. We place great importance on personal suitability.
