We are now looking for an operational team leader for our client in northern Stockholm. We are looking for someone who currently works in a warehouse in a role with some responsibility and is seeking their next challenge!

The Assignment

The tasks as an operational team leader will involve a lot of management and some administrative work where you will be responsible for planning and follow-up in your department. In addition, you will also participate in the operational activities. You will collaborate with both your employees, colleagues, and the management of the company, where your closest contact will be the operations manager.

In addition to this, the role also includes the following responsibilities:

• Training and coaching employees to achieve goals and development plans

• Communicating and adhering to the company's strategies, routines, and standard processes

• Improvement work within efficiency and development in the department

• Booking of transports

The working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, but you need to be flexible for shifted working hours during peak season.

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, we believe you are an active leader who supports your employees in daily operations. You should be a good example and role model when it comes to employee engagement in the workplace. We also see that you are responsible, solution-oriented, and take initiative.

You need to have good experience in warehouse work, and we see that you have previously held a leading role or worked with an area of responsibility that demonstrates drive and accountability. It is highly meritorious if you have good experience with WMS systems such as Monitor or SAP. If you have experience in automation and/or transport planning, that is also a big plus. This position requires you to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
