Job Advertisement: Cook at Furuboda Yngsjö
The Furuboda Association operates a folk high school, secondary school, labor market training, HVB, conference activities, and an assistance company. The operations are conducted at our main facility south of Åhus and at our branches in Kristianstad, Malmö, Lund, and Karlskrona.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
At Furuboda Yngsjö, operations run year-round. The kitchen serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day of the week during the summer.
It is often a fast-paced environment, and we can serve up to 200 lunches per day and sometimes have 200 guests on full board.
We try to make most things from scratch and maintain a high standard for taste and appearance.
The tasks are varied, and we help each other with all parts, both in the kitchen and with dishwashing.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education in cooking or experience from large-scale kitchen work. You who apply should be meticulous and fully understand verbal and written instructions.
Our guests often have allergies and other difficulties, so you must have good knowledge of allergies.
A driver's license is required.
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is required.
Duration: From mid-June onwards until mid-August.
