Your future workplace

The Intensive Care Unit is the department in the hospital that cares for the most seriously ill patients, ranging from small children to the elderly. It is high-tech, meaning that patients receive life-sustaining assistance from medical technical equipment such as ventilators and continuous dialysis. Most patients are sedated when cared for by us, which means that someone must always be with the patient. We work in teams (doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists) around the patient.
