WORKING WITH US

As a site manager, you have a central and crucial role in our projects.

You are responsible for leading and driving the work based on economy, schedule, and quality requirements – from start to final delivery. The role involves independently planning, managing, and following up on all parts of the projects to ensure efficiency and profitability.

You ensure that the right resources are in place, that production is carried out according to technical requirements, and that the team works towards common goals. The role also includes responsibility for certain purchases and simpler site setups.

The site manager is the hub of communication – you maintain the dialogue between clients, suppliers, and colleagues in production, contributing clear information, feedback, and engagement throughout the process.

You enjoy early mornings, take responsibility, and are an unpretentious person who contributes positive energy. You are honest, solution-oriented, and easily collaborate with both colleagues and external contacts. Furthermore, you have a good economic sense and understand how planning, resources, and costs affect the overall project and profitability.

As a leader, you are clear and engaged – and you do not hesitate to roll up your sleeves when needed.

What we are looking for:

• 5 years of experience in groundworks
• Bas U and Bas P certifications
• Swedish language skills in speech and writing
• Driving license B

You will be based at our headquarters in Arlandastad, where you will work in a warm and welcoming work environment with access to several knowledgeable colleagues.
