About the position

As an operator, you will work with machines in an industrial environment where your tasks will mainly involve monitoring machines, maintaining them, and preventing/reparing faults that may arise. Therefore, it is important that you are both practically and technically inclined. Working hours may vary, so it is important that you are open to shift work.

Your main tasks will include:

• Monitoring machines
• Troubleshooting/repairs
• Restocking materials

This position is proactive, meaning we currently do not have a concrete request from any specific client company. However, we continuously seek this type of competence for our network, as several of our clients have recurring needs in the area. Start dates may therefore vary depending on the scope and timing of the assignment.

About you

We are looking for someone who has previously worked as an operator or in a similar field, with some technical background. It is important that you are technically inclined and enjoy working in an industrial environment. Furthermore, we see that you are meticulous and responsible in your work, and that you view this as a long-term opportunity.

Important for the position:

• Previous experience working as a machine operator, CNC operator, or similar.
• Driver's license and access to a car.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Preferred qualifications:

• Technical education or other training that the responsible recruiter considers relevant for the role.
• Forklift license
