HR System Strategist

Do you thrive in a collaborative role where operations meet digital solutions? As an HR System Strategist, you will work at both operational and strategic levels. Your tasks include identifying, reviewing, coordinating, and driving both management and development activities for system support that primarily supports processes within the HR area such as personnel administration, payroll, scheduling, staffing, work environment, teacher platform, recruitment, etc.

The region uses the PM3 object management model, and as an HR System Strategist, this means you will have the role of object leader/management leader for the personnel object with overall responsibility for management and further development of digital support within the HR area. You will work closely with IT object leaders and coordinate work with system managers in the area. You act as a bridge between operations and IT but also collaborate with functions within the regional staff and local representatives in the HR organization. You play an important role in the procurement of systems and digital services. As part of your role, you will also work operationally as a system manager. Within the Regional HR Staff, there are several colleagues who work entirely or partially with system management. Your responsibility includes coordinating a system manager group where you lead and distribute daily work.

About You

We are looking for someone with a relevant university education. You have experience in qualified work within the field and experience with digital tools and system management. You also have experience in process or project management. It is an advantage if you have knowledge and interest in HR. The work requires a good ability to independently and on your own initiative, and in consultation with colleagues, set up a systematic and quality-assured work process. You are a methodical and analytical problem solver with a strong focus on good collaboration. You thrive in the role of coordinator and enjoy leading and driving work forward.

You express yourself well in speech and writing, are comfortable giving presentations and leading workgroups. You are flexible, unpretentious, and enjoy working both in groups and individually. We expect you to have a consultative approach and the ability to build good relationships at various levels within the organization. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
