Job Responsibilities

As a summer employee in our property maintenance team, you will be offered a varied outdoor job. You will work to ensure that our external environment is clean and appealing, both for the comfort of our tenants and for the well-being of the property. The tasks vary and may include maintaining our green areas, such as mowing lawns and weeding, ensuring order in our recycling houses, and other outdoor maintenance such as painting, maintaining entrances, bike racks, and social areas. Your work will involve both independent tasks and collaboration with colleagues.

You will meet and interact with our tenants daily, so it is important that you are both social and attentive to provide the best service to our tenants.

Your Background

We are looking for someone who is practical, service-oriented, and enjoys meeting people. Since you will need to travel between our properties daily, a B driver's license is required. Additionally, you need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Previous experience in the field or ongoing studies in the area is a plus.

Duration:

Summer job (hourly employment) during June, July, August. Full-time, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.
