Job Responsibilities

As a Property Caretaker, you will be offered a varied, free, and mobile outdoor job. You will work to ensure that our outdoor environment is clean and appealing both for our tenants' comfort and for the well-being of the property.

You will be involved and often the executor of the renovations made in the green environment, which may involve planning and executing your own planting work, tree pruning, and maintenance of flower beds. Playground maintenance, cleaning of paved surfaces, watering, ice prevention, and snow removal are also tasks included.

Other tasks include troubleshooting and maintenance measures as well as cleaning/rounding of common areas. Additionally, it involves continuously following up, ordering, and maintaining contact with suppliers. You will perform your work both independently and in a team with colleagues.

You will meet our tenants daily and be part of the company's outward face, which requires professional customer interaction and service management.

The regional office in Jönköping currently consists of a team of 8 colleagues who together develop, operate, and manage a property portfolio of 86,000 sqm distributed over 31 properties, including both residential apartments and commercial premises with various businesses. Teamwork is important to us; we support and help each other in big and small matters.

Your Background

We are looking for a team player who is solution-oriented and who, in a service-oriented manner, drives and plans the work forward together with other colleagues. You are curious and not afraid of new knowledge. You enjoy working at a fast pace without compromising quality.

To be considered for the position, you have education or experience in property management or similar industries.

Since you will need to transport yourself between our properties daily, a B driver's license is a requirement. You need to be able to communicate in Swedish fluently in both speech and writing.

Start date according to agreement. Scope: Full-time. A probationary period may be applied. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00.
