Description
Solgården in Färila is a care and nursing home with 43 places.
We are currently looking for two dedicated nursing assistants for permanent employment. We have a vacant day position at 100% and a night position at 90%.
Responsibilities
As a nursing assistant at Solgården, you will meet residents with cognitive difficulties, making care with a focus on BPSD and affective responses a central part of the work. You will work with case management and documentation in our journal system Treserva. In your daily work, you will use TES as a planning tool to ensure the right interventions and tasks for our residents.
You will collaborate closely with various professional roles and handle delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.
Qualifications
- High school education in nursing program, health care, or equivalent.
- Driver's license (B) is required.
- You have a warm and respectful demeanor and good collaboration skills.
- We place great importance on personal suitability.
