Administrator / Team Leader Wanted

We are now looking for a structured and responsible Administrator / Team Leader for our operations. The role combines administrative tasks with team leadership and daily planning in the workshop.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and distribution of work
• Daily contact with customers and suppliers
• Management of work orders, invoicing documentation, and documentation
• Follow-up on ongoing work
• Support for mechanics and ensuring an efficient work process

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good administrative skills and is structured
• Has experience from workshops, vehicles, or similar operations (meritorious)
• Is solution-oriented and has good communication skills
• Can work independently and take responsibility

The position may involve day, afternoon, or evening shifts depending on needs. Currently, evening shifts are prioritized.
