Main Responsibilities

We are now looking for a new team member for our wonderful group at Snabbgross Kristianstad.

As a store employee, you will have a varied job. Everything from cashier work, orders, picking goods in-store or online, and product display. In your daily work, you will meet customers whom you will actively engage with to drive profitable sales. You will also participate in the store's improvement areas, development, and ensure a good customer experience and working environment. The job is physical and may involve some heavy lifting.

For this year's holiday period, we are looking for four store employees, with one position specifically focused on the freezer and another on the refrigerator.

Who are you?

You are food-interested, enjoy working with customers and sales, which is a prerequisite for the role. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are good at prioritizing while being meticulous, quality-conscious, and have an easy time working in a team, then you will enjoy working with us at Snabbgross.

You have a high school education and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have worked in the service industry, preferably in retail/food.

Scope: Holiday substitute position of about 30 hours per week with the possibility of training before the employment starts

Start date: By agreement.

Working hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
