We are now looking for a nursing assistant for our night team.

You will work in a team with other colleagues based at the municipality's largest nursing home, Kaitumgården, which is centrally located in Jokkmokk municipality. The team is responsible for supervision and care at the facility as well as planned and emergency home care services in ordinary housing. You will share tasks together during the shift, and one or more in the team will perform home care services while others ensure safety at the facility.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities as a nursing assistant include providing a good quality of life for our clients based on a person-centered approach. The work mainly consists of care and support tasks and being able to provide social support and guidance.

You should be able to work both independently and in collaboration with others in the team. We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be familiar with using a computer in daily work for documentation. We use Pulsen Combine as our operational system. Working hours are scheduled at night with 2 weekends out of 4.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be trained as a nursing assistant and be able to present a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare to support this.

We are looking for someone who is a positive, engaged, and responsible person with good empathetic abilities. You should find it easy to work in a group but also be able to work independently.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are important parts of the job. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, maturity, and ability to collaborate.
