With over 90 employees and operations spanning several regions, the company has established itself as a reliable player in larger contracts, service assignments, and technically advanced projects.

The company is facing several major projects on Gotland and is therefore looking for two electricians and a lead installer who wants to take the next step in their career – or perhaps take the step to move to the island.

We are looking for:

Electricians (2 positions):

As an electrician, you will have a varied and developing role where you work broadly within installation, service, and contract projects. The work involves both independent tasks and collaboration with colleagues, apprentices, and other professional groups.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• ECY certification or equivalent experience
• Experience in installation within contracts or service
• Good understanding of electrical installations, drawings, and technical documentation
• An independent work style and sense of responsibility
• Driver's license B

Lead Installer (1 position):

In the role of lead installer, you will combine installation with the responsibility of driving projects on-site. You lead the team, distribute work, ensure quality, and play an important role in communication with site management and the client.

We believe that you have:

• Several years of experience as an electrician
• Experience leading others – formally or informally
• The ability to plan, coordinate, and drive projects forward
• Good communication skills and structure
