Airline Passenger Service Representative (PSR)

Air China is China’s only national flag carrier and a member carrier of the world’s largest airline network - Star Alliance. Air China Stockholm was established thirty-eight years ago, and it is constantly expanding. The company currently is seeking a new Airline Passenger Service Representative (PSR) to a growing Station team within the Air China Stockholm Office. The working location is Arlanda Airport Stockholm.

Job description:

1. Operational Duties

Carry out passenger, baggage, cargo, and mail transportation operations in accordance with assigned responsibilities and airport regulations, and supervise and assist handling agents as required.

2. Load Control and Weight & Balance Verification

Inspect and verify the accuracy and reasonableness of load control and weight & balance calculations. Oversee the loading and unloading of cargo, mail, and baggage; check and verify onboard documents; provide flight-related information to handling agents; and issue the load sheet to the flight crew.

3. Baggage Tracing and Claims Handling

Verify baggage, cargo, and mail for each flight. Promptly handle cases involving lost or damaged baggage and cargo, process related claims, and manage handover procedures for valuable items and diplomatic pouches.

4. Business Correspondence and Communications

Transmit various operational messages in accordance with regulations, and promptly handle operational correspondence and passenger complaints.

5. Data Collection

Collect, organize, and transmit flight-related data in a timely and accurate manner.

6. Invoice and Billing Collection

Collect and organize airport-related invoices and billing documents.

Qualifications:

1. Good communication skills and good teamwork spirit.

2. Language required: Chinese. English and Swedish.

3. Must be able and flexible to work variable schedules including overtime, weekends and holidays.

4. Energetic, courageous, enthusiastic and responsible. Self-motivated and able to work independently.

5. Work permit in Sweden.
