About the position:

We are looking for a structured and service-oriented customer representative for our workshop in Helsingborg, specialized in motorhomes and caravans. You will be our customers' first contact and responsible for planning and coordinating the work in the workshop.

Your main responsibilities:

• Receive customers on-site, via phone, and email
• 
  
• Plan and coordinate workshop jobs together with the mechanics
• 
  
• Create work orders and follow up on job status
• 
  
• Manage the ordering of spare parts and simpler administration

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a customer representative or planner in a workshop (preferably within the motorhome/caravan industry)
• 
  
• Is structured, solution-focused, and used to a fast-paced environment
• 
  
• Has good computer skills and experience with workshop programs like CABAS
• 
  
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently (other languages are a plus)
