SUBWAY® is the world's largest fast-food chain with over 40,000 restaurants globally – and about 160 in Sweden.

Subcom Sweden AB is part of the Nordic Bites Group, which operates over 350 restaurants in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark.

We are continuing our expansion and are looking for the right person to grow with us.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare and prep meats and vegetables, including baking bread and cookies

• Ensure that food storage and preparation areas meet health and safety standards
• Follow Subway's rules and policies
• Cashier duties
• Record deliveries
• Conduct cleaning and sanitation according to daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
• Follow safety procedures
• Work as part of a team
• Deliver high-standard service when handling products, during sales, and in interactions with guests.

As a Sandwich Artist™, you serve and create added value for guests in an efficient and pleasant manner. In this role, you promote awareness of the Subway® brand and ensure that hygiene standards are met.

Who are you and what do we expect from you?

• The ability to work in a fast-paced and hectic environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and during weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Experience in fast food or the restaurant industry is a big plus.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish is a requirement. Good knowledge of English is a big plus.
• You are stable, meaning calm and controlled even in stressful situations.
• You love working with and alongside people.
• You have good collaboration skills, meaning you work well with others.
• You are service-oriented, meaning attentive and accommodating in your interactions. You have an interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions.
• You should enjoy meeting new people and find it rewarding to help others.

Start: Immediately

Location: Employed in the Stockholm region with primary placement in Farsta Centrum.

Extent: Part-time 50%

You should be able to work according to the schedule during all restaurant shifts.

Day, evening, and weekend work is included in the position.

Employment form: Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period

Salary: According to collective agreement
