About the Workplace

Hello! Do you want to help shape the future of home care? Luleå Municipality is an innovative and forward-looking organization that works to improve care and support through digitalization to enhance the everyday lives of users and staff in home care. We are now looking for a summer substitute for digital home care who performs services digitally. The working hours are currently during the day, Monday to Friday, which also includes public holidays that fall on weekdays, known as light holidays. In the long run, the work will be scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with digital supervision within home care, where you will have close contact with users to strengthen security and promote community.

Visits are conducted in dialogue with the user where you work in a motivating, relationship-building, and supportive manner. This may also involve making home visits to users as needed. If there are signs of changes in the user's health, you are responsible for forwarding the case to the appropriate authority. Documentation takes place in the social administration's operational system. You will have many contacts, primarily with users but also with relatives and other professionals within care and support. You should be able to answer simple questions about using tablets and technology. Building trust and communicating clearly is central to ensuring that the organization anchors the digital working method.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest and commitment to developing home care and making everyday life safer and better for elderly people. Furthermore, you should have:

• Good digital skills and can handle tablets, phones, apps, computers, and programs without problems, as well as the ability to quickly learn new digital systems and tools when needed.
• Approved grades in Swedish, at least equivalent to grade 9.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in care and support and if you have worked in relevant operational systems, such as Combine.
