Assignment Overview

We are looking for a DataOps / DevOps Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Support migration from on-premise Cloudera-based data lake to GCP
• Implement cloud-native architecture using managed services such as Dataproc
• Work with containerization technologies and modern deployment practices
• Apply infrastructure-as-code principles to ensure scalable and repeatable environments
• Contribute to platform compliance and regulatory alignment
• Collaborate closely with the DataOps team in a high-impact modernization initiative
• Ensure reliability, performance, and operational excellence of the new data platform

What You Bring

• 4–8 years of experience within DataOps, DevOps, or platform engineering
• Strong experience with Apache ecosystem technologies (e.g., Spark, NiFi, Airflow)
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience working with managed cloud services such as Dataproc
• Solid understanding of containerization and cloud-native architecture
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform or similar tools)
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to contribute directly to delivery
• English required, Swedish is valuable
