At Advansi AB, we strive to create meaningful opportunities for our participants and are now looking for a dedicated and qualified supervisor to strengthen our team.

We offer a part-time position at 50 percent, where you will work closely with our participants in the Rusta and Matcha 2 programs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Qualified supervisor with relevant education and experience in the field. See requirements below:

Option 1:

-Education: At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system).

-Work experience: At least two years of full-time experience in a relevant field.

Option 2:

-Education: At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with satisfactory results.

-Work experience: At least three years of full-time experience in leadership, recruitment, career guidance, or similar areas.

Ability to create a supportive and inclusive environment for participants.

Knowledge of and commitment to working with people of different ages and backgrounds.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with other team members.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the individual needs of participants.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and implement activities and support measures for participants within the framework of Rusta and Matcha 2.

Provide individual supervision and support based on the needs and goals of the participants.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a holistic and effective intervention.

Follow up and evaluate participants' progress.
