Assignment Overview

We are seeking an EQL Specialist (Level 3)

What You Will Work On

Lead and host regular meetings with on-site stakeholders
Manage and maintain operational processes with full ownership
Use Excel and Microsoft tools to track, analyze, and optimize workflows
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
Ensure consistency and quality in process execution
Communicate proactively with colleagues and stakeholders
Support continuous process improvement initiatives

What You Bring

Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings confidently
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft tools
Strong interest in automation and workflow optimization
Ability to understand end-to-end processes and their business impact
Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy
High level of ownership and accountability
Proactive mindset and transparent communication style
Solution-oriented approach and ability to learn from mistakes
