About the role As a property caretaker with coordination responsibility, you have an overall responsibility to ensure a high-quality delivery to our customers. You actively work to ensure that our residential areas are safe, well-maintained, and pleasant. The role does not involve formal personnel responsibility but combines practical property work with management, planning, and coordination to create an efficient and structured working method.

Your tasks in property management:

• Maintenance of outdoor environments such as lawn mowing, hedge trimming, trimming, and planting

• Snow removal and ice prevention

• Supervision of substations, minor repairs, and ongoing maintenance

Your tasks in coordination:

• Lead and distribute the operational work

• Support colleagues and create good conditions in daily tasks

• Follow up on quality, planning, and finances

• Handle administrative tasks

• Ongoing customer contact with customers, residents, and boards

Your profile As HSB's outward face, you are often the first point of contact for customers. Therefore, it is important that you have a natural sense of service, good communication skills, and the ability to create trusting relationships. The role suits you if you enjoy physical and independent work while appreciating collaboration and structure. To succeed in the role of coordinating property caretaker, we believe that you:

• have experience in technical management and are used to handling various hand tools, equipment, and machines

• are generally handy with repairs and maintenance work

• have good computer skills and are accustomed to working digitally with computers and phones

• have good physical fitness and command Swedish in speech and writing

• have experience in similar coordination roles

• have a B driver's license for manual transmission as travel between customers is included in the job

Meritorious:

• Training in brush saw, chainsaw, hot work, lift, and fall protection

• Experience or education relevant for supervising substations or technical installations
