Here, they have embraced the Italian philosophy that every dish is a craft that should be made with a lot of love and good ingredients.

At Non Parlo Italiano, the focus is on Italian cuisine and wines primarily from Europe. We are looking for someone with a great passion for wine and who enjoys working in service.

We are a restaurant with a wonderful team that now needs reinforcement as more guests have started to find us, which means we are looking for people for several different roles! In addition, we are expanding with a wine bar in the adjacent space.

With us, it is often fully booked with many guests, so it is important to maintain a good pace and ensure that one party finishes so the next can sit at their table on time. You need to enjoy a fast-paced environment, be cheerful and service-minded, and since we are a smaller restaurant, you should be open to learning all parts and helping where needed.

As we are relatively newly opened, we are still developing new dishes and trying to find new ways to improve all the time, so you should enjoy being part of our development and want to drive the restaurant forward.
