We are now looking for a dental hygienist to join us at Folktandvården Centrum in Sundsvall who wants to contribute to the future of dental care through guidance and support to both colleagues and students.

The need for clinical supervision is increasing - both for our own employees and for students during their practical training. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is experienced and passionate about sharing their knowledge.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date of 2026-05-01 or by agreement.

In the role of dental hygienist with us, you will have an exciting opportunity to combine qualified clinical work with a valuable educational role. Your main responsibilities will include taking care of your own patients and allocating time for competency patients, where you can use your expertise and contribute to improved oral health. At the same time, you will be an important supervisor for newly graduated dental hygienists and students during their practical training (VFU) as well as the TAK-Dental Academy for dental hygienists - a chance to both develop yourself and make a difference for the future dental hygienists.

In addition, there are good opportunities to grow in your supervisory role and actively participate in the development of Folktandvården's supervision concept, which is characterized by constant development and innovation. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our recurring supervision forums and contribute to internal training and other development assignments within the organization. We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed dental hygienist
• Has a valid driver's license as travel is required for the position
• Has at least 3 years of work experience as a dental hygienist
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you

• Have experience in supervision
• Have completed a supervisor training course
