Social Services

The Social Services work to create good health and medical care for our users and a safe and pleasant workplace for our employees. Working as a nurse in Härjedalen Municipality means a high degree of independence and includes close collaboration with other professional categories within the municipality and the region.

We are now looking for a pool nurse/district nurse for Hede and Funäsdalen. The working hours are mainly Monday to Friday during the day, but weekends may also occur. You have a basic schedule from Funäsdalen but are ready to move during the day using the municipality's pool car where the need is greatest. Any travel occurs during working hours.

The full-time measure for pool nurses is 37 hours, and an additional payment for the flexibility required by the pool service is provided. AB appendix D applies to pool service.

Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.

Job Responsibilities

Our operations include special housing, short-term housing, home care, and collaboration with Region Jämtland Härjedalen. We staff around the clock with on-call duty during the night. You will work based on a rolling basic schedule.

Some tasks are performed in collaboration with, or according to agreements for primary care.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Licensed nurse with experience in home care and special housing.
Driver's license (B).

Meritorious:

Good knowledge and experience regarding care for the elderly, dementia care, palliative care, or specialized home care.
District nurse education.
Further education in elderly care, LSS, dementia, and palliative care.
Good computer skills in the Office package and preferably experience with the operational systems Viva Cambo, Cosmic, and Link.

You are confident in your role and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team; therefore, you need to be flexible, and your ability to take personal responsibility is as important as your social competence.
You are meticulous and solution-focused, and since quality and development work is a natural part of our operations, this needs to be a natural aspect of your work approach.
