Description of the operation

As a caretaker at the sports facility, you will primarily work with the operation and maintenance of artificial turf fields, ice rinks, and adjacent buildings within the area.

The work may also include maintenance of areas for self-organized sports in other parts of the municipality. Other common tasks include mowing/clearing grass areas, ongoing cleaning, carpentry/painting, and maintenance of work machines.

Your mission

We are looking for caretakers for sports facilities for the Department of Labor Market, Culture, and Leisure, Division of Sports and Outdoor Activities. We are looking for someone who wants to provide high service to our citizens and sports clubs by actively maintaining our sports facilities and keeping them in good condition for visitors.

Your qualifications

• Previous, documented, practical experience in similar jobs
• Experience in the maintenance of artificial turf fields, ice machine operation, and ice care
• Driver's license B with condition 78 is a minimum requirement
• Ability to work responsibly and proactively both in a group and individually
• Have a strong sense of service and be quality-conscious

Your competence

You should have an interest in maintaining good service and quality at the municipality's outdoor sports facilities. You should have the ability to work independently and take your own initiatives, as well as be flexible in your actions.
