JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the municipality's social services, the main task is to work with people in need of support, help, and care to manage their daily lives. We are in need of an ambitious and committed employee who can substitute for us for six months.

We are now looking for a substitute for home care in Transtrand.

Working with us involves varying working hours, with shifts scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

Your responsibilities include:

• providing care, help, and support to users and maintaining good living conditions based on individual needs.
• creating a meaningful everyday life for individuals in collaboration with their surroundings and working solution-focused to meet the individual without infringing on their right to self-determination, integrity, and influence.
• providing residents with security in their own homes.
• following our routines and guidelines

A B driver's license for manual transmission is required.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.

The work is scheduled during the day between approximately 07:00-21:30. You will work days or evenings and every other weekend. We have a fixed basic schedule.

We can offer great variation in the work as our operations, in addition to home care in Transtrand/Sälen, also include the elderly care home Bompabacken. We work across departmental boundaries as needed and we also work with resource shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are primarily looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, but you who are a caregiver and untrained are also welcome to apply. We see that you have a good attitude, the ability to work independently, and a desire to make a difference. You also need to master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
