HSB plans, finances, builds, and manages housing throughout Sweden – currently totaling approximately 25,000 rental apartments and 340,000 condominium apartments.

HSB Södra Norrland operates in Gävleborg, Västernorrland, and Jämtland. We serve about 450 condominium associations and other property owners with a comprehensive range of management services. HSB also has about 2,000 rental apartments in the area. We have nearly 230 skilled employees who now need reinforcement. We are looking for property caretakers and cleaners for summer temporary positions in Gävle.

Responsibilities and Tasks

As a property caretaker and cleaner with us, you work closely with the customer. The work is varied and social. The tasks mainly involve the maintenance of internal and external property environments as well as cleaning.

Experience

Experience in property maintenance, gardening, and/or cleaning is desirable. Education in technical management and a wheel loader license is an advantage. In the position of property caretaker, you are required to have computer skills, to master the Swedish language in both speech and writing, and to have a B driver's license for manual transmission.

In the role of property caretaker and cleaner, you are HSB's face to the outside world. Qualities such as attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and commitment are important to fulfill the assignment and deliver with high quality. The work requires that you are self-driven, structured, and enjoy planning your work and your workday independently. You should be able to work both independently and in a team. Furthermore, we expect you to share our values and that your actions towards members and customers are based on them.
