We currently have over 90,000 members and run 34 fuel stations across Västerbotten, of which 21 are staffed. All stations operate under the brand OKQ8. As an Assistant Sales Manager

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will support the Sales Manager and step in for them when needed. This includes motivating, coaching, and supporting staff, handling administrative tasks, as well as cash and store work.

You are a positive person who enjoys meeting new people. You like to work in a fast-paced environment and look forward to being part of a close-knit team that collectively tackles the challenges of the workday. As a salesperson at an OKQ8 station, you are the company's ultimate representative, and we expect you to view every customer interaction as the beginning of a long-term relationship. Previous experience in sales and service, as well as leadership, is required, along with a B driver's license.

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will work shift hours. This position is a permanent employment of 35.88 hours per week. The station is open weekdays from 06:00 to 20:00 and weekends from 09:00 to 20:00.
