Bilbolaget has been around since 1932 and operates in a variety of areas within car ownership and is Northern Sweden's leading dealer of Volvo, Renault, Dacia, Ford, Polestar, Lynk & Co, and used cars. We sell passenger cars and commercial vehicles, have a car rental business, workshops, tire hotels, offer fueling, washing, and charging, and have well-stocked auto parts stores. Bilbolaget has approximately 500 employees and is present in 15 locations in Northern Sweden.

We at Bilbolaget in Skellefteå are now looking for a results-oriented and relationship-building salesperson for Volvo! With us, you will have the chance to work with some of the world's best and most popular car brands such as Volvo, Polestar, Renault, Dacia, and Ford.

Your responsibility in this role will primarily be to sell Volvo. We ensure that you have the absolute best conditions to succeed in the role through modern tools and support functions - and above all, accessible, competent, and caring colleagues.

As a salesperson with us, you will be a key person in our success journey, and your mission is to:

  • Create and develop long-term customer relationships - both with private individuals and companies
  • Drive sales of new and used cars
  • Offer our customers comprehensive solutions - including service agreements, Volvo cards, and other services
  • Actively work with proactive sales and customer contacts
  • Participate in customer events, campaigns, and marketing activities

We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, business-minded, and passionate about sales. You likely have experience in sales of some kind or documented success in customer engagement. You enjoy taking responsibility and see opportunities where others see obstacles. We place great importance on your personal qualities and previous experience.
