At Delibake, you will work in one of Europe's most efficient cookie production facilities. We are a flexible and customer-oriented company that works closely with our clients. Our products are available in several markets, both under our own brand and primarily under our customers' brands.
This is a unique opportunity to join and contribute to a strong expansion journey. We have gained several large customers, which means that Delibake's products will be sold worldwide on a whole new scale.

Delibake, an expanding company with many well-known customers, is now looking for bakers with a sense of taste and form. The foundation lies in the knowledge of how raw materials and our equipment are used, as the work at Delibake is done with the help of machines. You will have competent colleagues who are eager to learn and have a good sense of humor.
In this role, it is good to be creative and stress-resistant; it is also important to be able to organize your work and keep your surroundings clean and tidy. Heavy lifting occurs, so good physical condition is beneficial. As a baker, you are responsible for ensuring that the products meet the specific requirements set by our standards.
We consider bakery education as an advantage, but it is not a requirement as we provide training both internally and externally. Your enthusiasm and willingness to become a good producer carry significant weight.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure that productivity, product quality, and food safety meet standards.
- Operate machines and monitor, follow, and adjust the process; startup, settings, changeovers, shutdown, and cleaning.
- Follow and develop given routines and standards and perform reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvements and participate in improvement projects.
- Daily cleaning
Competence Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Experience in manufacturing industry.
- Experience in the food industry.
Knowledge of food safety.
Preferred:
- Bakery education.
- Knowledge of LEAN/TPM
You will work two shifts, one week from 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM, the other week from 2:30 PM to 11:45 PM.
