About the Role

We are growing and looking for a new colleague in a supervisory role, who is ready to take on extra responsibility for the establishment of a new store concept in Östersund.

Do you enjoy working in a retail environment with varied tasks and challenges? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

Your role at Retail Support will be very diverse. Part of the job will involve personnel responsibility as well as leading and coaching colleagues in their daily work, both on-site in the store and digitally. Other days will involve product stocking; such as facing, displaying, and replenishing goods according to the supplier's wishes in the store. Some weeks you will be rebuilding store modules and responsible for ensuring that the work is of good quality and is done efficiently. Furthermore, you will have an important responsibility in establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers, suppliers, and stores.

This is a unique opportunity to be a part of developing a completely new store concept while also managing and developing existing stores in the Northern region.

The position is preferably based in Östersund but will involve travel with overnight stays in other locations. Travel time of up to three hours from Östersund will occur regularly during the weeks. The position will also involve travel with overnight stays within Sweden a few times a year.

The introduction will take place at another location, which requires you to be able to travel and stay overnight for extended periods. Note! Business trips are only scheduled on weekdays without holidays.

Working hours are weekdays without weekends: Monday - Friday.

Scope: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.

Full-time with a desired start in April/May. However, the start date can be discussed.

We are looking for someone who is driven, social, and flexible, and who is not afraid to be both a supervisor and perform hard physical work when required. You need to be unpretentious as a person and enjoy a work role where flexibility and solutions are your motto, with a good ability to prioritize and adapt as needed. We want you to enjoy and understand the benefits of working in a team and be involved in creating a good atmosphere for those you supervise. You need to be comfortable handling personnel and leading and coaching others. Taking personal responsibility and the ability to own your tasks is important, as a large part of the work is done independently in the store. Furthermore, it is an advantage to be meticulous and have a sense of order. Good craftsmanship skills are a significant advantage, but above all, we want you to have an open and positive mindset to want and dare to learn new things.

The most important thing is not what you have done before, but who you are as a person, and we therefore place great importance on personal suitability. If you have previous leadership experience, this is considered a merit, as well as experience in product stocking/merchandising/rebuilding in stores.

A valid driver's license (B) is required. A company car as a benefit is offered.

You will undergo internal training and introduction at the workplace, which means you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language.
