GlobalConnect offers everything from secure connectivity for retail chains and small to medium-sized businesses to building advanced data centers for some of the world’s most demanding customers.

As a Delivery Specialist at GlobalConnect, you will play a crucial role in realizing these ambitions. You will collaborate with your team to ensure fast and accurate fiber delivery across Sweden. Your daily work will be both varied and central, managing the entire process from customer order registration to solution deployment. With a sharp focus on delivering on time and at the right cost, you will work to create satisfied customers and establish successful collaborations. Your role will combine technical and administrative tasks, with a clear goal of ensuring smooth and efficient solutions for customers. You will plan and coordinate implementations, maintain continuous contact with customers, suppliers, and internal colleagues, and work in GlobalConnect's case management system documenting deliveries and work methods. You will become part of a secure team of about 14 people, where the work environment is open and supportive. This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at GlobalConnect. The assignment will be full-time and is expected to last at least throughout 2026. There are good opportunities for extension and direct recruitment, provided that there is room for it and all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Be responsible for planning and coordinating implementations
Maintain continuous and effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal colleagues
Manage cases and document deliveries and work methods in GlobalConnect's case management system
Work with a good understanding of GlobalConnect's delivery support system
Be responsible for purchasing necessary accesses

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has completed high school education
Has experience in administrative and coordinating work
Has a genuine interest in technology
Is very comfortable in dialogue with customers
Is very comfortable with Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, as this is required to perform the job

It is advantageous, but not a requirement, if you have:

Previous experience as a delivery coordinator in telecommunications
Other relevant experience related to telecommunications
Experience in purchasing
Experience in logistics

Most importantly, your personality

As a person, you are structured, solution-focused, and unpretentious. You enjoy social contacts and possess good communication skills. Furthermore, you should like to take your own initiatives and are not afraid to ask questions to move your work forward. Since you will be working in a team, it is also important that you have good collaboration skills.
