Temporary Nurses Wanted for Hallen and Skoga Senior Center

Are you a nurse looking for a varied job in a pleasant workplace with engaged managers and colleagues? We are now looking for temporary nurses for the summer for both Hallen from 260301 and Skoga Senior Center.

What does the position entail?

As a nurse at Hallen and Skoga, you will have care responsibility for residents and work closely with nursing staff, whom you will lead during night shifts, ensuring patient-safe and person-centered care. You will collaborate closely with unit managers, doctors, and paramedics. You will have access to other nursing colleagues but will work alongside other care staff during your shift. At the beginning of your employment, you will be offered a mentor. We document in LifeCare HSL.

Each shift, you will report with other nurses who have worked for a handover regarding what has occurred during the shift.

Who are we looking for?

You are a licensed nurse, and it is an advantage if you have experience or further education in geriatric care or elderly care. Since the job requires oral and written reporting as well as documentation, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as good computer skills.

As a person, you thrive in a role with a lot of responsibility and are confident in your professional role. You have a good demeanor and a strong ability to collaborate, as well as the ability to lead others, work independently, and structure and plan your work effectively.
