We are now looking for an experienced and structured team leader in cleaning who wants to grow the business area together with us and our clients. In the role of team leader, you will have overall responsibility for planning, leading, and following up on daily operations while ensuring high quality and a good working environment. You will also work operationally on assignments.

Your responsibilities

• Leadership of cleaning staff

• Planning, distribution, and follow-up of daily cleaning assignments

• Ensure that property cleaning is performed according to agreements, quality requirements, and timelines

• Practical work in property cleaning as needed, including residential areas, stairwells, elevators, common areas, laundry rooms, and facilities

• Quality controls and follow-up of completed work

• Introduction and training of new employees

• Contact with clients and internal coordination

Your qualifications

• At least five years of experience in the cleaning and maintenance industry

• At least three years of experience in leadership within the cleaning industry

• Possess PRYL or SRY certification or equivalent training

• Good ability to plan, structure, and lead personnel

• Good communication skills and clear leadership

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Driving license B is a requirement
