We are seeking a trained nursing assistant with a 200-point emergency care course, or experience deemed equivalent by the employer. You should have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Previous experience in healthcare is an advantage.

Furthermore, you are service-oriented, with a desire and ability to help our patients. You can work independently but also in a team, recognizing the benefits of collaborating with others. The Regional Clinic for Obstetrics/Gynecology in Norrbotten conducts a broad operation at all five hospitals. Maternity/Delivery care is concentrated at Gällivare and Sunderby hospitals. For us in Region Norrbotten, it is important to offer safe and secure care.

As a nursing assistant, you will participate in the care of families and also be there as a support to the family during delivery. Breastfeeding and early bonding are major focus areas within our clinic. No day is like the other with us, so it is important to be able to adapt to changing circumstances as required by the situation.

You will have a varied job that combines work in maternity, delivery, postnatal care, and gynecological patient care. You will work alongside engaged and competent colleagues who always support each other when needed; we are a team of different professions collaborating around our patients.

We are now offering a permanent full-time position. A probationary period may apply. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, nights, and weekend shifts. Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
