Are you a licensed nurse with an interest in elderly care and a heartfelt desire to provide safety and care to those who need support in their daily lives? Then you have come to the right place!

We are now looking for licensed nurses for our operations ahead of the summer of 2026. Attendo S:t Jörgen care and nursing home is located in Hisings Backa, 10 minutes from central Gothenburg, beautifully situated near lush green areas and S:t Jörgen's park.

S:t Jörgen is divided into two properties with a total of 84 apartments focusing on somatic care, dementia, and short-term stays.

About the role As a nurse with us in our homes, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to improve the quality of life for the residents, but you are also the one who makes assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more specialized healthcare interventions are taking place in the home. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. You will have a leading role with great opportunities to influence the operations.

As a nurse within Attendo, you are important, and your competence is highly valued. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks. You are part of the team working to empower individuals.

Main responsibilities

• Care responsibility for patients

• Supervision of nursing staff

• Medication management

• Work in national quality registers

Who are you?

As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating nursing tasks to nursing staff and are motivated by creating high-quality care for those living with us together with your colleagues.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing

It is an advantage if you also have

• Experience from working in private care operations

• Professional experience in elderly care

• Experience in supervision

About the recruitment process
