JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We need hourly-paid substitutes for our operations within care and support; particularly in residential care, home care, special service housing, and personal assistance.
The assignment involves providing support in everyday life, and you will always be part of a team where you receive introduction and guidance from experienced colleagues.
The job offers you the opportunity for personal development where you get to know many people and life situations that you might not have encountered otherwise. It provides you with experiences and memories for life, as well as the chance to make a difference for someone else.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Going for a walk, arranging a coffee break, playing games, or doing simple morning exercises.
- Social support: Listening, talking, and providing support
- Personal care: Assisting with hygiene, clothing, and mobility
- Documenting in digital systems
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
- is at least 18 years old
- has a valid passport/national ID or work permit
- master the Swedish language in speech and writing, which means a requirement for passing grades in Swedish 1, Swedish as a second language 1, or equivalent.
- has good computer skills and can handle various systems
It is an advantage if you:
- have experience or education in the areas you are applying for
- have a B driver's license
