We are developing the factory of the future!

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Group Leader at SCA Obbola, welcome with your application!

Your Next Challenge

As a Warehouse Group Leader, you will lead and develop your team of six employees to achieve the business goals - always with safety in focus. You will plan the work in the short and long term, where you will be responsible for systematic work environment efforts, drive improvement work, and ensure that spare parts and materials are handled, planned, and optimized for high operational reliability and productivity.

The department ensures that the warehouse operations support production efficiently, creating value for the entire factory. You will work closely with maintenance, purchasing, operations, and other functions, and you will be responsible for ensuring that spare parts are available and delivered on time and to the right place. The role also includes coordinating input materials to the factory. The position is located at our warehouse in Holmsund.

Who Are You?

We are looking for a confident and engaged leader with an understanding of economics and material flows. With order and structure as guiding principles, you take responsibility for planning and structuring the work based on the needs of the business. You are driven to be a good role model and take responsibility for both your own and your team's work, while also seeing opportunities in a constantly evolving work environment.

You are someone who thrives in a supportive role and has a service-oriented mindset. By working systematically and solution-focused, you ensure that your team delivers at a high level and contributes to the success of the business.

To fit into the role, you need to:

  • Have a background in warehousing, logistics, purchasing, or sales, preferably within heavy industry.
  • Have a valid driver's license (B).
  • Have a clear focus on safety.
  • Be proficient in Swedish and English as these languages are used in daily work.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience as a leader, manager, or have worked in a similar field before. It is also advantageous if you have work experience with the SAP business system.

Our core values - responsibility, excellence, and respect - are the foundation of everything we do at SCA. Therefore, it is important that your values align with them.

What Do We Offer You?

With us, you have great opportunities to grow and develop. We encourage competence development, taking responsibility, and realizing your ideas. At SCA, we care for each other and offer an open, supportive work climate. We also understand the importance of a sustainable work life.

As an employee with us, you will work with the latest technology and be part of the transition to a sustainable society. Our forests and the products we bring to market contribute with a climate benefit greater than the emissions from all of Sweden's passenger cars in a year. We utilize every part of the trees we harvest and produce products from the forest that help combat climate change. Making a real difference adds an extra dimension to the work.

The role is a permanent position based at the warehouse in Holmsund.
