Your responsibilities

As a salesperson at TioTak, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from the first contact to the signed agreement. You will work systematically according to our clear sales model, where the main focus is on creating long-term business through good customer dialogue and high trust. The role involves regular travel within Västra Götaland and adjacent regions for customer visits, so we prefer that you are based in the Skaraborg/Trestad area.


You will work with:

  • Prospecting and customer engagement
  • Customer visits and measuring roofs on-site during quote submissions
  • Participation in fairs, relevant business networks, and processing incoming leads
  • Driving business through the entire process, often with the opportunity to calculate and finalize the deal directly with the customer
  • Documenting, structuring, and following up on quotes and activities


Many customers and prospects are already familiar with our brand and will at some point need our services, which means a very rewarding and positive sales experience where you quickly have the opportunity to establish a business relationship. 

You will be part of a sales team with skilled and helpful colleagues across the country and report to the sales manager. On a weekly basis, you will follow up on the outcomes of activities, quotes, and sales, and jointly formulate the sales targets for the upcoming week.

This is a role with great room for personal initiative and a high degree of freedom under responsibility; perfect for you who are driven by making deals and appreciate being out with customers. 

 

Your profile

We are looking for someone with solid sales experience, preferably in agriculture, but your drive and ability to build relationships are more important than previous industry experience. You are self-sufficient, results-oriented, and enjoy a role where you plan your own days. 
 

We believe you have:

  • High school education
  • Good experience in proactive B2B sales
  • Good digital skills
  • Driving license B
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

As a person, you are outgoing, responsible, and used to working systematically with sales and key figures. You enjoy creating business, are proactive, and are driven to achieve high results. Experience in roofing, construction, or agriculture is a plus but not a requirement – we will teach you the product!
