We are now looking for 2 cheerful colleagues as bartender/waitress/waiter, one for 100% and one for 50% at The White Horse Pub & Restaurant where our guests can enjoy a British-inspired environment and a menu featuring Swedish classics such as grilled meat, fish, and poultry, along with a wide selection of beers, wines, and beverages. As an employee with us, you will be part of a team with a family-like atmosphere, and together we strive to offer our guests a fantastic experience. Our guests range from romantic dates and family dinners to cheerful visitors wanting to try beer, whisky, and wine!

Qualifications; We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in service and bartending. You should be used to juggling many balls in the air at once. To succeed in this role, you must have a service-oriented mindset and good knowledge of food and beverages. You should be fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English. Personal qualities; As a person, you are cheerful, flexible, and passionate about providing the best guest experience possible. You enjoy meeting new people, are good at building relationships, and like to work as part of a team.

Your role as a Waiter/Waitress Bartender. During weekends, we have a higher turnover of guests, and you will step into the bartender/service role alongside other colleagues, which means full focus on the guests and good collaboration with your colleagues. Your tasks will include: Welcoming and attending to our guests and helping them to their tables. · Presenting the menu, taking orders, and serving food and drinks. Handling cash and striving to ensure that every guest has a fantastic experience.
