THE WHITE HORSE restaurant at Centralvägen 6 Väsby is looking for a driven Head Waiter who leads the team with energy and ensures that the restaurant always delivers top-class service.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team with energy and engagement
- Plan operations, etc.
- Be the main responsible person in the restaurant as Head Waiter
- Ensure first-class service and memorable guest experiences
- Quality control and problem-solving
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in restaurant management
- Is structured and confident in a leadership role
- Thrives in a fast-paced and energetic work environment
- Can communicate clearly and inspire the team
- Speaks Swedish and English
