Job Responsibilities

You will work as a physiotherapist in rehabilitation medicine, where you are one of several professionals in an interdisciplinary team.

The team consists of occupational therapists, social workers, doctors, nursing assistants, nurses, psychologists, speech therapists, rehab coaches, and physiotherapists. It is the team, together with the patient and relatives, that shapes the goals for rehabilitation.

About the Workplace

We are a rehabilitation medicine unit in Halland consisting of inpatient care (ward 51) and day rehabilitation. We offer specialized, team-based rehabilitation for adults of working age who, due to illness or injury, have significant difficulties participating in social life, family, leisure activities, and work.

The overall goal of rehabilitation is to learn to live in a changed life situation and to function in the best possible way in society. We work in teams with the patient at the center. Our patients are adults, and the most common diagnoses are stroke, brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries. We work together towards the goal of the patient returning to an active life.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist.

As an applicant, we see that you have good collaboration skills and are service-oriented. You are clear in both your message and your work. A prerequisite for us is that you have a strong patient focus.
